Gladiatoremergence is seeking a Level 3 Test Engineer to lead and coordinate test and evaluation activities at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly and is on-site.

You will manage resources, ensure QA of testing processes, and interface with government and contract management to drive action and risk mitigation. Ideal candidates bring eight years of TE experience in similar programs and a relevant bachelor’s degree; a four-year substitute may apply.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience as a Test Engineer in programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or four years of additional TE experience in lieu.
• Clearance TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly required at start.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership of the T&E task and liaison to government for contract coordination.
• Manage T&E resources and ensure QA of test processes and products.
• Coordinate and integrate evaluation and testing tasks and products.
• Participate in T&E WIPT and Integrated Test activities.
• Communicate issues and solutions to government and contract management.
• Drive risk management and propose actions for program changes.
