Job summary

TJ Consulting Group is seeking a Test Engineer Level 3 to lead and execute high‑fidelity T&E activities at Fort Meade, MD. The role emphasizes developing evaluation plans, coordinating data collection, and delivering actionable reports in support of government testing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree must be in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or a related discipline.
• Experience: Bachelors with 8 years relevant experience or High School with 12 years relevant experience.
• Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and concepts to develop evaluation/test plans and procedures.
• Plan and execute performance data collection and analysis for T&E.
• Prepare T&E documentation (Strategy, Master Plan, event/test plans, reports).
• Coordinate with SE and review T&E-related information to inform evaluation planning.
