Raytheon, an RTX company, seeks a Section Lead for the Test Solutions group to supervise a 15–20 person software team and deliver field‑tested, robust SW test solutions. You will design in C# and C++ within Visual Studio on Windows, participate in performance reviews, and mentor engineers across disciplines.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of software design in C/C++/C# on Windows platforms.
• Experience with factory/lab test instrumentation and electronics.
• Eligibility for U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship).

• Lead 15% of weekly work, remaining time on program contracts.
