Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate quotation for new models and existing customers.
• Manage the Test Engineering Department with high efficiency and integrity.
• Develop and implement Workcell systems, support and ISO/QS systems.
• Maintain test equipment to minimize downtime and support ramp-ups.
• Hire, train, and manage test personnel for production ramp and new business start-ups.
• Drive cost reduction through automation and process simplification.
