Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Test Development Engineer in Santa Clara, CA, to advance production test solutions for automated equipment and trimming/calibration systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor test, automation, or manufacturing engineering.
• Proficiency with C/C++, data analysis, and scripting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and release production test programs for ETS88 and trimming systems.
• Lead hardware bring-up, system integration, and debugging activities.
• Perform validation, qualification, and change-management for test releases.
