About SiTime

SiTime is the Precision Timing company.

Timing is the heartbeat of all electronics, ensuring performance, resilience and scalability. For decades, quartz devices, non-silicon technology, have kept systems in sync, but they struggle in harsher, more demanding environments. MEMS-based Precision Timing delivers greater accuracy, smaller size and resilience. Today, MEMS timing powers over 400 applications, including high-growth ones in AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT.

Our semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set that enables customers to differentiate their products with higher performance, smaller size, lower power, and better reliability. With more than 4 billion devices shipped, SiTime is changing the timing industry. For more information, visit: www.sitime.com .

  • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities by developing test methodologies and characterization plans.
  • Lead test program debugging, optimization, and correlation activities.
  • Improve test coverage, test time efficiency, and manufacturability to support high‑volume production.
Test Hardware & System Integration
  • Lead the design, validation, and qualification of DUT boards, interface hardware, load boards, and test fixtures.
  • Lead hardware bring‑up, system integration, and debugging activities.
  • Perform tester‑to‑tester, site‑to‑site, and platform correlation studies.
  • Conduct engineering evaluations and characterize test system performance.
Validation & Change Management
  • Lead validation of hardware and software changes for test systems.
  • Execute qualification plans and document results for test releases.
  • Ensure all changes comply with engineering and quality requirements.
  • Maintain test documentation, procedures, and release records.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and test strategy development.
  • Participate in problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor test, automation, manufacturing engineering, or related technical fields.
Technical Skills

  • Programming knowledge in C/C++.
  • Familiarity with software development, scripting, debugging, and data analysis.
  • Understanding of analog, mixed‑signal, or power electronics fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and engineering problem‑solving methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Eagle ETS88 or other ATE platforms.
  • Familiarity with oven‑based trimming, calibration, or characterization systems.
  • Experience with instrumentation such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, frequency counter, and switching systems.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as JMP, Galaxy, Exensio, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Exposure to Python or MATLAB is a plus.
