Job summary

SiTime, the Precision Timing company, seeks an experienced Test Development Engineer to develop and validate production test solutions for ETS88 and oven-based trimming systems. You will work closely with product, design, and manufacturing teams to enable NPI, test program development, hardware bring-up, and data-driven yield improvements.

Early-career engineers can gain hands-on experience in semiconductor test development, automation, and system integration while contributing to scalable test

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
5+ years of experience in semiconductor test, automation, manufacturing engineering, or related technical fields.

Responsibilities

Develop, validate, and release production test programs for ETS88 and oven-based trimming/calibration systems.
Lead test program debugging, optimization, and correlation activities.
Improve test coverage, test time efficiency, and manufacturability for high-volume production.
Lead hardware bring-up, system integration, and debugging activities.
Collaborate with Product/Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and OSAT partners.
