Job summary

SiTime is seeking an experienced hardware/software test engineer to develop automated test equipment for precision timing devices from NPI through high-volume production. You will design custom test hardware, write test programs for major ATE platforms, and perform statistical analysis on test data.

The role supports offshore production and ongoing yield/cost improvements. Candidates should have a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years on mixed-signal ATE platforms, and strong C++, Python,

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years test development on mixed-signal ATE platforms
• Proficient in C++, Python, MATLAB and statistical analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize custom test hardware including load boards and probe cards
• Write, debug, and optimize ATE test programs (J750/uFlex, V93K)
• Perform Gage R&R studies and analysis of test data
• Transfer NPIs to OSATs and offshore partners for production
• Lead yield improvement, test time reduction and cost-reduction projects
