Job summary

B4Corp in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead automated testing across Agile initiatives for custom applications. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and deep expertise in scripting, automation, and cloud environments.

You will build and maintain test cases using Python, Selenium, and Katalon Studio, collaborating with Scrum Masters, POs, and Devs to ensure quality in an SAFe/DevOps setting. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Candidate must have BS degree with 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or MS 6-10 years of prior relevant experience; will consider experience in lieu of a degree.
US Citizenship required.
Top Secret/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
Experience in test automation across back-end and front-end systems.
Strong scripting and test data/script development experience.

Responsibilities

Participate in Agile software development and testing of custom applications.
Develop automated test cases using Python, Selenium, and Katalon Studio.
Collaborate with Scrum roles to plan and validate User Stories.
Leverage DevOps practices for repeatable test processes and configuration management.
Create end-to-end test narratives and support performance testing with JMeter.
