BCT LLC is seeking a Test Engineer 3 in Annapolis Junction, MD. Eligible candidates must hold an active TS/SCI with POLY and have extensive testing experience across software and hardware domains.

The role focuses on designing testing postures, leading test activities, and ensuring rigorous QA while coordinating with government sponsors. The position is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in testing and test leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or above in a STEM field or related discipline.
• If non-STEM, add 5 years of testing experience to total 13 years.
• Familiarity with Python, Java, or C# is preferred.
• Proficient with Linux/Unix shell and automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership of the T&E task and liaison to the government.
• Manage T&E resources and ensure QA of processes and products.
• Communicate issues and solutions to government and contract management.
• Drive program risk mitigation with alternative courses of action.
• Maintain independence of the team from the solution provider to manage objectivity risk.
• Experience with Linux server admin and data visualization dashboards.
