BCT LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Test Engineer 3 with active TS/SCI with POLY. The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts across software and hardware domains, designing testing postures and frameworks, and enabling other test teams.

Qualifications include 8+ years of experience, a STEM degree (or equivalent with extra years), and proficiency in Python/Java/C#; Linux command line; experience with automated test frameworks and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• Eight years of testing experience in software and hardware.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required; non‑STEM with 5 extra years of testing allowed.
• Experience designing automated test frameworks from scratch.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
• Linux/Unix command line interface proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead TE tasks and serve as primary liaison to the government for contract coordination.
• Manage T&E resources and QA processes; ensure QA of tests and products.
• Communicate issues and solutions to government and contract management.
• Drive testing design and risk mitigation; develop fallback plans.
• Maintain test documentation and CI/CD familiarity (GitLab, Jenkins).
