Job summary

Akina, Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer 3 in Annapolis Junction, MD, with TS/SCI - Polygraph. Primary responsibilities include developing evaluation and test plans, conducting data collection and analysis, and supporting T&E documentation such as Strategy and Master Plan.

This role requires strong experience with automated testing (Selenium) and test scripting. The candidate will collaborate with Government sponsors, coordinate with SE, and lead T&E tasks to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience as a TE in programs/contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline is required.
• Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Sourcing for a TE3 to create and run test cases, create test reports, create and execute test plans, familiar with automated testing methods and execution (Selenium, etc.) and experience creating testing scripts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and concepts to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures.
• Develop Government T&E documentation such as Strategy and Master Plan.
• Plan and Execute Performance Data Collection and Analysis.
• Coordinate with SE and review T&E information for evaluation planning.
• Design data sampling schemes and manage instrumentation and data tools.
• Produce Evaluation Plans, Analysis Plans, Data Requirements, and Evaluation Reports.
