Qualifications

• Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph required.
• Significant experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing.
• Designing and implementing robust automation frameworks (Selenium or Katalon).
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python for test scripts.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub) and cloud platforms (AWS).
• BS degree with 12–15 years of experience or MS with 10–14 years; degree may be substituted by experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior and mid-level test engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Participate in Agile software development (standup, planning, increment planning).
• Assess Story Points/complexity for testing and delivery per acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate on test approaches emphasizing automation of regression tests.
• Develop automated test cases using GUI/COTS tools like Selenium and Katalon.
• Support DevOps to maintain repeatability and configuration management of tests.
• Document end-to-end test narratives in JIRA/Confluence and assist performance testing with JMeter.
