Job summary

B4Corp in Bethesda, MD seeks a Test Engineer with TS/SCI clearance to join an Agile software team. You will help automate testing for custom applications in a commercial cloud, aligning with acceptance criteria and iteration plans.

Expect collaboration with Scrum roles and DevOps practices to maintain robust test scripts and performance tests. Requires 0–15+ years depending on level, strong Java/Python skills, and experience with Selenium or Katalon Studio.

Qualifications

• Experience in software quality assurance with a significant focus on automation testing.
• Experience with creation, authoring, execution and documentation of test cases/result sets for software products in an agile cadence.
• Hands‑on experience in designing and implementing robust automation frameworks using tools like Selenium or Katalon Studio.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java or Python enabling the ability to write efficient and scalable test scripts.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub) and their integration with automated tests.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile software development initiatives to support innovation and enhancement of custom applications in a cloud environment.
• Assess StoryPoint/complexity efforts to ensure proper testing and delivery of functionality per acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate to develop test approaches with emphasis on automation of recurring/regression test cases.
• Develop automated test cases using GUI/COTS products (Selenium, Katalon Studio).
• Leverage DevOps to ensure repeatability and configuration management of tests.
• Document end-to-end test narratives and support performance testing using JMeter.
