Job summary

Teradar is seeking an experienced test engineer to own production test for a Terahertz sensor module. You will lead wafer probe, final test, and AEC‑qualification campaigns, building test programs and coordinating with OSATs and test houses to move from first silicon to production-ready parts.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in production silicon test or product/test engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise with production ATE and test pattern development.
• Experience coordinating with OSATs, test houses, and contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Own wafer probe and final-test for the co-packaged module and manage test programs.
• Define and drive wafer sort and ATE strategy from first silicon to yielded production parts.
• Debug first-silicon issues with design, DFT, and package teams; drive root cause.
• Lead AEC-Q100/104 qualification planning and hardware definition with partners.
