Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in test engineering or a related role.
• Active DoD security clearance (Secret) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex and high-stakes testing projects.
• Plan, assign, and track test-related work to meet program schedules.
• Coordinate test planning activities including instrumentation requirements and pre-test briefings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for test execution and scheduling.
• Track and report test execution status and review data and reports.
• Capture and maintain lessons learned for continuous improvement.
