Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; security clearable.
• Typically 8+ years of related experience in test engineering.
• Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance required.
• Expertise in one area of test engineering (dynamics, thermal, measurement, etc.).
• Ability to work with latitude and set technical objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Apply extensive technical knowledge to solve test challenges.
• Work with minimal direction and determine objectives.
• Mentor early career engineers and guide their growth.
• Use testing equipment and standards to support validation.
• Develop innovative solutions for difficult problems.
• Oversee major program milestones and lead initiatives.
• Interact with senior personnel on technical matters.
• Represent the organization as the prime technical contact.
• Document detailed data, reports, and analyses.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to teams and stakeholders.
