Job summary

X-FAB in Lubbock, TX seeks an experienced Test Engineer to generate and maintain parametric/functional test programs. You will characterize tests, correlate results across wafer fabs, and assist production to ensure smooth material flow in the test area.

Responsibilities include setup of probers, test program validation, and collaboration with engineering teams. Strong device physics knowledge and programming skills in C++/C# are required; Linux/Windows environments are used daily.

• Validate tests and correlate to functional tests using automated and manual equipment.
• Setup of new devices on probers and support characterization work requests.
• Maintain and troubleshoot probe cards and test equipment.
• Interface with test equipment vendors and support teams.
• Support data collection and distribution of results.
