Job summary

Broadcom seeks a Principal Test Engineer for the WSD Fab Test Unit Process Engineer (TUPE) role in Fort Collins. You will own one or more test tool groups, calibrate and qualify tools, and write software to configure testers and interface with MES data systems.

You will lead strategic and tactical improvement projects, ensure measurement accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high test quality and yield.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 12+ years in a related role.
• Experience with probers, testers and MEMS related measurement equipment.
• Strong SPC/DOE and statistical analysis knowledge.
• Ability to lead tool ownership and improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to identify, evaluate, improve and maintain owned tool sets.
• Lead projects to improve availability, uptime, yield and productivity goals.
• Develop test capabilities and enhanced measurement for NPI/R&D.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to debug performance.
• Create and maintain FMEAs and robust monitoring for excursions.
