Qualifications

• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to identify, evaluate, improve and maintain owned tool sets.
• Lead improvement projects to meet metrics like availability, uptime, capacity, yield and productivity.
• Develop and implement operating and maintenance procedures with training and certification of team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MES data systems, R&D and production for tool optimization.
