Job summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Senior Integration & Test Engineer to develop and execute testing strategies for EW, radar, and UAS systems.

You will design automated and manual tests, validate system performance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure mission readiness. This role offers exposure to next-gen defense technologies and opportunities to contribute to national security missions from Syracuse, NY.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of systems integration, system testing, or related engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with test plans, test procedures, verification/validation and integration workflows.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for test automation, data processing, or test framework development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-discipline engineering teams to support development, integration, and testing of EW, radar, and UAS products.
• Develop and execute automated unit, integration, and regression tests for multiple product lines.
• Support the creation and execution of manual integration and regression test procedures for complex system behaviors.
• Conduct engineering dry runs and perform formal customer testing on-site and at remote locations.
• Analyze test data, perform trade studies, and prepare technical reports and test briefings for stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test methodologies, automation frameworks, and integration workflows.
• Ensure adherence to test documentation, system requirements, and engineering processes across the project lifecycle.
