Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to design, develop, and test advanced manufacturing test systems for radar surveillance, EW, and UAS technologies. You will work with LabVIEW, Python, SQL, and MATLAB to enable production and continuous improvement.

Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience, with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Syracuse, NY based, competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering technology, or related discipline with 2+ years of experience.
• Basic understanding of radar, RF, and electronic warfare systems.
• Exposure to manufacturing/test requirements development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development of manufacturing test systems for radar surveillance, electronic warfare, and UAS technologies.
• Apply engineering principles to introduce new designs into production.
• Develop and maintain test hardware to improve capability, reliability and throughput.
• Modify and maintain software (LabVIEW, Python).
• Use SQL and tools like MATLAB to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-level issues in test environments.
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing during new product introductions and production.
• Ensure test documentation and records meet requirements.
