Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior electrical engineer to join the Effector Analog & Power team in an onsite U.S. location. You will perform electrical tests, troubleshoot complex electronics, and contribute to system validation and verification throughout integration.

Experience with power electronics and lab-scale testing is essential. A DoD secret clearance is required for consideration. Responsibilities include applying theory to pinpoint faults, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years experience.
Master’s in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience.
Experience with prints, schematics, sketches, and test procedures.
Experience troubleshooting circuit cards at the component level.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical tests and troubleshooting on subassemblies, assemblies, and systems.
Apply theory of operation to identify faults in design or components.
Contribute to system validation, test, and analysis through integration and testing.
Develop and execute verification and validation strategies and tools to ensure customer success.
