Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelors in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead testing activities and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Experience testing and validating mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute mechanical, electrical, and electro‑mechanical test systems.
• Collect, review, and analyze data to draw conclusions and next steps.
• Write reports and maintain clear documentation across teams.
• Maintain test setups, fixtures, and calibrated lab equipment.
• Ensure testing complies with standards and safety requirements.
• Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing on prototypes and validation plans.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians.
