Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (master’s preferred; ABET-accredited).
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead testing activities and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Experience testing and validating mechanical, electrical, and electro‑mechanical systems, preferably within transportation, industrial, or related industries.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, engineering principles, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute mechanical, electrical, and electro‑mechanical test systems.
• Collect, review, and analyze data, draw clear conclusions and next steps.
• Write reports and maintain clear documentation and communication across teams.
• Maintain test setups, fixtures, calibrated equipment and lab equipment.
• Ensure testing complies with applicable standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Lead root cause investigations for product and field failures and recommend corrective actions.
