L3Harris Technologies in Anaheim, CA seeks a Sr. Specialist, Test Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing test methods and fixtures for high-reliability products.

The role emphasizes LabVIEW-based automation, test program development, and close collaboration with design and project engineers. Requirements include a BS in EE or related field (or equivalent) and 6+ years of related experience; 3+ years with LabVIEW; 6+ years in analog/digital/FPGA circuit design for test fixtures.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in Test Engineering or 4+ years with graduate degree.
• 3+ years creating LabVIEW-based test software for ATE.
• 6+ years circuit design (analog/digital/FPGA) for test fixtures.
• Analytical and problem solving to address defects and issues.
• Knowledge of drawings, parts lists, wiring diagrams and repair procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of test equipment used to test power and digital systems.
• Test fixtures/hardware reverse engineering.
• Experience preparing test procedures and troubleshooting complex systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop manufacturing test methodologies for new and legacy products.
• Create, validate, and maintain automated test programs and fixtures.
• Support selection, maintenance, and upgrades of test equipment.
• Troubleshoot test systems and ensure safe, accurate operation.
• Analyze test data with engineering to reduce failures and escapes.
• Lead test activities for large qualification tasks.
• Prepare test reports, procedures, and work instructions.
