L3Harris Technologies in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Specialist, Test Engineer to join the manufacturing test team. You will develop test methods and fixtures for DDG 51 products and drive automated test programs to improve yield and reliability.
With a BS in Electrical Engineering and 4+ years of test engineering experience, you will analyze test data with the Failure Review Board, train staff, and lead test activities across sites, including 20% travel to Gardena, CA.
Under limited supervision, the Test Engineer - Manufacturing is a highly motivated self-starter who applies acquired Electrical Engineering skills to work closely with design and project engineers in the development of Design for Test, Test Procedures, Test Processes, and Test Fixtures that are comprehensive, efficient, and reliable, with the goal of maximizing efficiency and increasing test yield at the system level.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $88,500- $164,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
