Job summary

DICKEY-john, part of the TSI Incorporated family, is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to design, develop, verify, validate, and support electronic products, embedded systems, software, and test equipment. You will mentor teams and drive tests across the product lifecycle to meet performance and quality goals.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant engineering fields, a bachelor’s in a related discipline, and strong firmware/software test experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Software Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in product development, testing, validation, software development, or lab environments.
Experience with embedded firmware, electrical design, test equipment, and software development.
Familiarity with PCB design, production test systems and product qualification.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and debug electrical circuits, embedded systems, software, test systems, and hardware.
Analyze test data, interpret results, identify root causes, and provide corrective actions.
Develop and maintain test protocols, validation procedures, and supporting documentation.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot embedded firmware using C/C++.
Design and develop software applications and UI using C#, .NET, Visual Studio.
Lead and mentor engineers and technicians to support execution of activities.
Support manufacturing with process and test-related issues.
Collaborate with engineering management on training and continuous improvement.
