Digital Dynamics Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to develop, implement, and improve test solutions for PCBAs and system-level products. This hands-on role supports testing from NPI through volume manufacturing and collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams.

You will design fixtures, automate tests, analyze data, and provide guidance to technicians. A strong background in electrical engineering and Python or LabVIEW is required, with a track record of improving test

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in test engineering or manufacturing test.
• Hands-on PCBA and system-level testing experience.
• Experience with test automation and scripting (Python / LabVIEW / C/C++).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test solutions for PCBA and system-level products.
• Design and improve test fixtures, procedures, and automated test processes.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of failures.
• Support NPI and transition to production.
• Provide DFT input and improve product test coverage.
• Analyze test data, yields, and failure trends for improvement.

This is a hands-on role within our Operations team focused on PCBA and system-level testing, troubleshooting, test automation, and supporting products from New Product Introduction (NPI) through volume manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain test solutions for PCBAs, electronic assemblies, and system-level products.Design and improve test fixtures, test procedures, and automated test processes.Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex product and test failures.Support NPI activities and the transition of new products from Engineering into manufacturing.Partner with Engineering to provide Design for Testability (DFT) input and improve product test coverage.Develop and maintain test software, scripts, and automation tools to improve test efficiency and repeatability.Analyze test data, yields, and failure trends to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.Provide technical guidance and support to test technicians and manufacturing personnel.Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to resolve test and production issues.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.7+ years of experience in test engineering, manufacturing test, product test, or a related engineering field.Strong hands-on experience with PCBA and system-level testing and troubleshooting.Experience developing and supporting test solutions in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong knowledge of electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, signal generators, and similar instrumentation.Experience with test automation and programming or scripting using Python, LabVIEW, C/C++, or similar tools.Experience supporting NPI and transitioning products from development into production.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience with semiconductor, capital equipment, or high-volume electronics manufacturing is strongly preferred.Our Total Rewards PhilosophyWe believe rewarding employees extends beyond base compensation.
