Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product/Test engineering role.
• Experience with ATE programming (ETS364 preferred).
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (SpotFire DXP, MBayse).
• Experience in semiconductor device testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify critical test points in IC development to balance test coverage and cost.
• Develop and troubleshoot test programs and hardware in ATE environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust product testing.
