Job summary

DICKEY-john, part of the TSI Incorporated family, is seeking an Agricultural Systems Test Technician in Auburn, IL. Under supervision of the Engineering Manager, you will verify and validate agricultural equipment and electronics in the field and simulated environments, collaborating with engineers to develop test setups and execute testing.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and solid documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred in Agriculture or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; excellent documentation in Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans in accordance with engineering standards.
• Document results of test plans through test reports in accordance with engineering standards.
• Arrange and conduct experiments, collect data, calculate and record results.
• Assist engineers with troubleshooting of prototype systems.
• Travel to customers for OEM site visits to resolve product issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for themselves and their coworkers.
• Operate, maintain and repair field test equipment.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
