Job summary
Navy Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced QA/Test Automation Engineer to lead large testing teams and own complex test plans across web, API, and mainframe applications. You will analyze requirements, develop automated and manual test cases, and drive defect triage and resolution within SAFe Agile environments.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of software testing, QA, or test automation experience.
- Advanced knowledge of test lifecycle management and QA practices.
- Experience building and maintaining enterprise test automation frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD testing in Azure DevOps or similar.
Responsibilities
- Create complex Test Plan documents using Navy Federal standards.
- Perform complex analysis and present recommendations, risks, and impacts.
- Coordinate and perform testing during SIT, UAT, and end-to-end validation.
- Mentor peers and lead testing activities within SAFe Agile teams.
- Develop and execute complex manual and automated test cases across web, API, service-based, and mainframe apps.
- Support CI/CD testing practices within Azure DevOps and related pipelines.
