Qualifications

• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Git.
• Understanding of test framework architecture and modular design.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Must be able to obtain Top Secret clearance; active clearance highly desired.
• Willingness to work onsite in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to support application validation efforts.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product teams to gather test requirements and understand expected system behavior.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios aligned with business and technical specifications.
• Execute both automated and manual test cycles to ensure robust coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects; partner with engineering teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain, update, and refactor existing automated regression suites as applications evolve.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring tests run consistently across environments.
• Contribute to ongoing test process improvements and provide feedback to frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Support validation during deployments and analyze results for actionable feedback.
