Qualifications

• 10+ years’ QA experience.
• Experience in agile environments and QA methodologies.
• Experience in E2E QA landscape — core testing, test data management, test environment and tool management.
• Ability to work effectively with development teams and other business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of metrics measurement and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Define test approaches, strategies, and quality controls for projects and releases.
• Ensure test plans, scenarios, and scripts align with business requirements, compliance, and risk considerations.
• Providing direction on QA tasks and practices and offering ongoing technical guidance and peer mentorship
• Provide guidance, priorities, and quality expectations to ensure timely and effective test execution.
• Review test deliverables from quality engineers to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
• Report test progress, coverage, and defect trends to leadership and stakeholders.
• Recommend go/no-go decisions based on test results and risk assessment.
• Implement and monitor QA processes, including automation, test data/environment management, and metrics reporting.
• Ensure team compliance with QA standards, processes, and best practices.
• Partner with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to identify test needs early.
• Support development teams in implementing shift-left testing practices.
• Champion testing standards, tools, and processes across teams.
• Identify gaps in testing coverage, process, or tooling, and propose improvements.
• Support adoption of automation, performance, and data-driven testing initiatives.
