Job summary

Corporate One Federal Credit Union seeks a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer – Automation in the US. You will design, implement, and improve automated testing solutions to ensure software quality, reliability, and scalability across UI, API, and backend components.

With 5+ years in QA automation, you will lead automation strategy, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality requirements. Remote work options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of QA experience with a strong automation focus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Experience building automated test frameworks.
• Familiarity with coding and debugging.
• Experience with API and microservices testing.
• Experience with cloud-based environments, e.g., Azure; performance testing preferred.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Postman, Playwright, and Thunder Client is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing.
• Lead the automation strategy and enforce standards.
• Convert manual tests into automated solutions.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute, monitor, and maintain automated regression and smoke tests.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and test failures.
• Prepare quality metrics and status reports for management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and stakeholders to define quality requirements.
