Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems Sector in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Test Engineer to join the Airworthiness Test and Evaluation group. You will lead testing events, develop plans, and analyze data to ensure successful fielding of Aircraft Survivability Equipment.

Responsibilities include collaboration with cross-functional teams, data analysis, and maintaining traceability from requirements to specifications while supporting TEMP and related planning artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 8+ years of experience leading and executing test events and developing test plans.
• Active Secret clearance is required (U.S. Citizenship) and ability to work in a government/DoD environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute testing events, develop test plans and procedures for hardware and software testing.
• Provide traceability from requirement to technical specifications and support TEMP/SEP documentation.
• Coordinate with OEM and Government test agencies for developmental and operational tests (LFTE/aircraft ASE).
