Job summary

You will lead a cross-functional team of test hardware and software engineers and align with Front-End/Back-End leaders to maximize test coverage and throughput. The role emphasizes DFT/DFx reviews, collaboration with tier-1 silicon partners, and multi-level test architectures (ICT, FCT, SLT, ESS).

Qualifications

• 8+ years in test development or test leadership in hardware
• Experience with ICT, FCT, SLT, and burn-in test architectures
• Proven cross-functional leadership and project management abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end test architecture, strategy, and execution for complex hardware platforms
• Drive DFT/DFx reviews early in design cycles to maximize test access
• Collaborate with silicon partners to embed BIST and boundary-scan features
• Define and manage test plans, KPIs, and a scalable test strategy across NPI programs
