Job summary

Raytheon International Engineering is seeking a Senior Test Development Engineer to lead the creation of test processes and equipment for production transfer from R&D to manufacturing. The role supports a Polish offset partner moving to serial production, with a two-year international assignment in Gdynia, Poland, and up to 25% travel.

The candidate will apply lean principles to maximize throughput and yield, troubleshoot test equipment and product failures, and coordinate with ISC,

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent and 8+ years of experience in production and/or engineering support environment related to Engineering or 6+ years of experience with advanced degree.
Experience with developing test strategies, test programs and designed test fixtures for CCAs, Wiring Harnesses, and Higher‑Level Assemblies.
Experience with developing Test Program Sets on such platforms are in circuit, functional, Automated Optical Inspectors, and Flying Prober Platforms.
Experience with using design tools such as MATLAB, Test Studio, PDM, AutoCAD, VISIO, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Develop test processes and procedures for production, focusing on testability and yield.
Lead international supplier assessments and provide guidance for Production Readiness Review.
Coordinate test equipment installation, calibration, and interfaces with facilities and suppliers.
Support continuous improvement using LEAN and CORE principles to improve throughput, cycle time, safety, and quality.
