Teledyne FLIR is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to drive the design, deployment, and sustainment of production test systems at our Oak Ridge facility. You will lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve quality, throughput, and cost.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8+ years in manufacturing or production engineering, with strong experience in test equipment and debugging at multiple levels.
As a member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, the Manufacturing Test Engineer is responsible for development, deployment, sustainment, and continuous improvement of production test systems and processes. The role provides technical leadership to manufacturing, supports new product introduction, and serves as a key interface between Engineering and Operations.
