CACI International Inc in Washington, DC seeks a Test and Evaluation Lead to set program-wide testing standards, lead SDET teams, and ensure releases meet performance, compliance, accessibility, and reliability goals across federal mission applications.

You will drive test automation strategy, evolve enterprise frameworks, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product Managers, DevSecOps, security, UX to validate both functional and non-functional requirements in a modern cloud/native

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with extensive testing experience.
10+ years in test automation and 8+ years in manual testing.
Strong programming or scripting background and a passion for testing.
Experience with federal cloud modernization or DevSecOps is a plus.

Responsabilités

Lead automation strategy and framework leadership across programs.
Design automated test solutions using Selenium, Protractor, Jasmine, and Cucumber.
Improve automation frameworks for speed, reliability, and parallel execution.
Plan, estimate, and report test activities aligned with sprints and releases.
Establish and maintain test data management and generate leadership-ready reports.
Mentor SDET engineers and collaborate with PMs, DevSecOps, and security teams.
Ensure coverage of functional and non-functional requirements, including accessibility and regulatory needs.
