Job summary

CACI International seeks a Test and Evaluation Lead to set program-wide testing standards and lead SDET teams. You will shape automation strategy, oversee enterprise testing frameworks, and ensure delivery teams meet performance, compliance, accessibility, and reliability goals across federal mission applications.

With strong leadership, you will drive testing maturity across Agile programs, aligning modernization efforts with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience in testing
• At least 10 years in test automation and 8 years in manual testing
• Experience with automation frameworks and distributed test scenarios
• Strong collaboration with product managers and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of DevSecOps alignment and cloud modernization

Responsibilities

• Define automation strategy and leadership of testing frameworks
• Plan, estimate, and report on test activities aligned with sprint goals
• Establish test data management processes and detailed test reports
• Define performance and quality metrics for product readiness
• Enable ATDD through collaboration with business analysts and developers
• Lead and mentor SDET engineers across teams
• Collaborate with product, UX, DevSecOps, and security teams to cover functional and non-functional requirements
