Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a TS/SCI with a Current CI poly to start.
• Strong experience with Linux and Bash shell scripting, able to work from the command line and process large data sets.
• Advanced experience building test automation in Python, including Pytest-based frameworks.
• Strong experience with Docker (or Podman) including building and maintaining images for automation and CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins and GitLab pipelines, including containerized workloads.
• Experience with REST API testing, including validation of responses and error-path testing.
• Familiarity with Robot Framework UI automation using Selenium library.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites for REST APIs and web UIs.
• Build and maintain a scalable test automation harness with CI/CD integration.
• Implement Python-based test automation using Pytest, fixtures, and data strategies.
• Create and maintain Docker/Podman images for consistent automation across environments.
• Integrate automated tests into Jenkins and GitLab pipelines with clear reporting.
• Use Linux CLI to parse and report on logs and test data.
• Support UI automation with Robot Framework and Selenium, improving stability.
• Plan and drive migration of in-house framework to modern platforms (Robot Framework AIO or Playwright).
• Maintain SQL queries and integrate database validation into tests.
• Troubleshoot CI failures and improve test reliability and efficiency.
