Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance; a polygraph is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate or live in the Denver metro area.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software testing/QA experience.
• 2+ years leading test teams or QA activities.
• Experience building/executing test plans for web/service/enterprise software.
• Experience working in Agile software development.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, coordination, and execution for GEOINT Tradecraft Suite across releases.
• Define and maintain test strategy, plans, cases, data needs, and traceability.
• Oversee functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify quality risks early with engineering/product teams and drive defect prevention.
• Support Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams for readiness.
• Track defects to closure and communicate quality status to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve test efficiency through automation and tooling.
• Serve as people manager for a 3-person testers team, including workload planning and mentoring.
