Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of software testing experience.
• Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Security testing, and JIRA/MS TFS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Execute manual and automated tests to verify functionality, performance, and security.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.
• Perform regression testing to ensure changes do not affect existing functionality.
• Mentor junior test engineers and contribute to process improvements.
• Engage in project planning, risk assessment, and client interactions.
