Requirements include a STEM degree and 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years. A DoD security clearance is required or active clearance within a year, with on-site operations at the facility.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a US DoD security clearance; active clearance preferred.
• Experience in engineering design and development of test equipment.
• Experience with National Instruments toolchain for test automation.
• Strong written/verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop test hardware and software from requirements through build and integration.
• Design and support multiple disciplines, including RF, analog, digital, firmware, and systems integration.
• Prepare design reviews and present work at project status meetings.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineering on test adapters and fixturing; CAD knowledge a plus.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and support to manufacturing and design teams.
