Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industry experience building medium-sized automation frameworks/tools.
• 3+ years development experience with Java and/or Python.
• 3+ years creating automation frameworks and building testing tools.
• Ability to train, lead, and mentor junior engineers in automation practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop and Maintain Test Automation Frameworks, Tools and Libraries.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into builds.
• Perform performance testing and provide insights from test results.
• Enforce automation standards, review code, and ensure quality across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement testing solutions.
• Train and mentor TE and SETs on the automation framework and best practices.
