Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Networking Validation Engineer to join our hybrid team in the United States. The role focuses on validating, testing, troubleshooting, and improving networking products and solutions, working closely with Product Management, Systems Engineering, and Development.

You will develop automation tools and test frameworks in Python, perform feature and regression testing, and contribute to release readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in networking, validation engineering, testing, or quality engineering.
Typically 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and validation procedures for networking products and solutions.
Perform feature, system, integration, and regression testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot and debug complex networking and software issues.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using Python.
Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Quality Engineering teams.
Participate in validation of networking reference designs and customer deployment scenarios.
Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution.
Contribute to release readiness and product quality initiatives.
Create technical documentation and validation reports
Work effectively within globally distributed engineering teams.
