Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Test Automation Engineer II - Networking (Finance) to join a hybrid team, with an average of two days per week in an HPE office. You will validate, test, troubleshoot, and improve networking products and solutions, developing automation tools and test frameworks in Python to boost validation efficiency and product quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience in testing, automation, networking, or quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in testing, automation, networking, or quality engineering.
2–4 years of relevant experience in testing, automation, networking, or quality engineering.
Experience with networking concepts and practical automation exposure is valued.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and validation procedures for networking products and solutions.
Perform feature, system, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot and debug complex networking and software issues.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using Python.
Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Quality Engineering teams.
Participate in validation of networking reference designs and customer deployment scenarios.
Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution.
Contribute to release readiness and product quality initiatives.
Create technical documentation and validation reports.
Work effectively within globally distributed engineering teams.
