Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Test Automation Engineer III for a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in an HPE office. You will validate, test, troubleshoot, and improve networking products, developing automation tools and test frameworks to boost validation efficiency and product quality.

Work with Product Management, Systems Engineering, and Development to ensure features and releases meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in networking, validation engineering, testing, or quality engineering.
5+ years of relevant experience in networking, validation engineering, testing, or quality engineering.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Experience with test automation and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans for networking products and solutions.
Perform feature, system, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality.
Troubleshoot and debug complex networking and software issues.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using Python.
Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Quality Engineering teams.
Validate networking reference designs and customer deployment scenarios.
Identify and track defects through resolution.
Contribute to release readiness and product quality initiatives.
Create technical documentation and validation reports.
