Job summary

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer in Waltham, MA to automate manual test preparation into efficient, repeatable automated processes. You will partner with SQA and the software team to design, implement, and improve automation for complex instruments and software.

You will lead test strategy development, write and run test cases, and create data for validation while interfacing with hardware and software components.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing automated test solutions.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and strategies.
• Ability to work independently, own projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Improve and automate test strategies and software configurations using Ranorex.
• Define test strategies and test manuals for tracking and fixing software issues.
• Develop and execute test cases to diagnose issues and bugs, creating test data when required.
• Develop, design, and configure software solutions to meet business needs.
• Integrate into cross-functional product realization teams and understand our products to develop process and automation strategies.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process problems, assist with maintenance.
• Plan and implement control systems in the direction of automation.
• Create and support databases and programs that automate systems, software, and data collection.
